IT and electronics products generally include components from a number of different suppliers. It is also typical of the industry that component features and availability can change quickly during the life cycle of a product. End-of-life (EOL) products get discontinued and eventually are no longer supported by e.g. spare parts.
In order to serve our customers better, we have developed an EOL policy that improves the life cycle management of our products.
The policy enables us to manage EOL risks related to components and ensure undisrupted deliveries to our customers throughout the product life cycle.
