CEF Care is a maintenance service customised for our customers. The service guarantees a cost-efficient and quick maintenance regardless of the situation and gives our customers the possibility to focus on their core operations.
Troubleshooting and fixing data communications devices usually takes up quite some time, but the CEF Care service is based on speed.
CEF Care for uninterrupted maintenance
Instead of waiting around, the customer gets a replacement device directly from our stock. A faulty device can be repaired almost immediately after the fault has been detected. Replacement devices are tested and configured to match the original product before delivering them to the customer. The availability of replacement products depends on the equipment base of the customer.
Relief at critical times
Returning a product is easy. The failed device does not need to be sent to our service department at the most critical and busy time of the customer’s business. Rather, the device can be returned within up to two weeks of the fault report. The failed device can be returned using the packaging of the replacement device delivered from the warehouse.
Sending a failed device for service is easy using the fault report form and pre-filled waybill delivered with the replacement device.
Our repair service checks and repairs the device. When the device has been thoroughly tested and is in full operating condition, it returns back to use as a durable replacement device. CEF grants a full guarantee for replacement components.
