The sandwich panel structure designed by Control Express Finland is a new and interesting element for modern industrial production. Traditional flat steel structures are replaced by two metal sheets stiffened by hemispheric embossings and fastened together in order to form a honeycomb structure. For example Steel, stainless steel, acid resistant steel and aluminum can be used as sandwich panel materials.

Sandwich panels´ most important feature is its solidity in relation to its structural weight. Another significant benefit is the sandwich panel structure’s ability to adjust thickness, solidity and strength according to the load bearing required from the product.
